16. How can painting easily any image in photoshop

Painting easily any image in photoshop

1.Open any image.
2.Select image layer and go to filter menu.
3.Choose brush strokes -> sumic-e  
4.Stroke width ->  10
   Stroke presser ->  08
   Contrast -> 0
   Press ok button
