Motion blur effect (stop car like move)

1.Open a car image and select from lasso tool to car body.

         Go to lasso tool -> feather 30 px

         Select car body -> Go to select menu -> Inverse

2.Apply Motion blur effect.

           Go to Filter -> Choose blur -> Motion Blur 

            

            Angle -> 0

            Distance -> 100 pixels

            Press OK button

3.Go to Select Menu and choose Deselect.

4.Now ready to your move car.
